Bryan P. Cartall

Bryan Cartall began his career in the railroad industry in 1971 as a fireman on the Southern Pacific (San Antonio Division) and continued working as an engineer until 1986. Prior to the railroad he attended Texas A&M University (Class of 1971) and later Corpus Christi State University. In 1986 he took a leave of absence from SP and attended St. Marys University School of Law, graduating and becoming licensed in 1989. After an internship in the Bexar County District Attorneys Office he practiced criminal defense law in both State and Federal Courts before going into Personal Injury and FELA law. After practicing FELA law for more than a decade he was named as one of the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers "Designated Legal Counsel." A member in good standing of Association of Trial Lawyers of America, The Texas Trial Lawyers Association, The Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys and The San Antonio Trial Lawyers Association he continues to devote his practice to assisting injured railroaders and their families.
